World Sniff Out Our Quality.
Hunca is the first cosmetics producer with ISO 9001quality certificate. This is the most notable indicator of the importance it attaches to quality. ISO 9001 adventure started in Hunca in 1996, when the quality department was founded. The activities launched to develop quality and systematize the controlling activities were shifted towards certifying the system in later stages. As a consequence of hard work for almost one year, a committee from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) firm performed inspection for two days starting on April 22, 1998, we were awarded with the certificate. Still, we have been struggling to ensure continuity and improvement of the system further… The main approach of the system is the customer satisfaction. Every single product shipped from Hunca is produced at standards satisfying customers. The system offers required conditions to ensure this. Many issues from selection of suppliers of raw materials and materials to controls during their acceptance to the company, from production conditions to the controls held during and after production, from training of the employees to storing conditions, and job and authority description of the employees, all are arranged in order to satisfy our customers. Total Quality Management activities are now being launched in Hunca in order to produce goods above satisfaction level of customers. Now the target is Total Quality Management.
Quality Control
The quality control process is implemented under three titles in Hunca:
Entry Quality Control: All raw materials and other materials accepted into our warehouses are examined in technologically equipped laboratories. The items not found suitable are not accepted, and returned to the suppliers.
Proses Control: All produced products are controlled in our laboratories, first when they are liquid and then when filled in containers.
Son Control: All products filled in containers are checked before packing. Moreover; microbiological reproduction test is applied to all potential product groups and raw materials at different stages. The products without any problem at the end of all these tests and controls are introduced to the market.

Quality Policy of Hunca
Main principle of Hunca Cosmetics is “to help you feel different and happy with our products”. For this, we need to constantly develop our products’ quality, and offer our customers new products they will enjoy. We also need to meet customer demands in a timely manner as required and under most satisfactory conditions. By increasing efficiency, we must decrease costs, and thus provide our company and customers with the highest benefit. We need to closely keep up with science and technology to constantly develop our production system and product quality. We must supply goods and services from suppliers with mutual cooperation and trust, with high quality and low price. We must preserve both the internal and external environment in which we work, and use rare sources in the most efficient way. We need to ensure sustainable quality improvement activities and increase employee satisfaction and motivation. In all, we must help all production and service departments adopt these principles so that they we can take necessary precautions within the framework of total quality management approach. All the support necessary for these principles we will realized together will be provided by our management. It is the main task of Hunca employees to achieve these objectives.
